To ensure I provide the best possible experience and have the availability for all clients - I ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following cancellation policy: I kindly ask that in the need to cancel you allow me to know prior to 48 hours of your appointment. All cancellations must be done prior to the 48 hour window to avoid any cancellation fees. Any cancellations made within the 48 hour window will be charged 50% of the booked service cost. Please understand the 50% charge is for all products purchased within the time frame of your scheduled appointment as I can no longer schedule for that date and time within such short notice which greatly affects my books and income as a small business owner. Cancellations made within the 48 hour window of your appointment will incure a fee of 50% of the service cost. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee. No shows will no longer be able to book with me for any future appointments. All cancellation fees are agreed upon when booking your appointment and will be charged to the card you have placed on file. All charges are non refundable. This helps me manage my schedule in an effective manner and allows for clients on my waitlist to have an opportunity to fill that time slot.
